You're warmly invited to join the ICP Trauma Book Group, now entering its third year of learning, reflection, and meaningful discussion.
Led by Rose Latino, PhD, LCSW, this group brings together therapists who are passionate about deepening their understanding of trauma through thoughtful reading, clinical dialogue, and shared professional experience. Whether you've attended in previous years or are considering joining for the first time, we'd love to have you. Each month, we'll explore a selected book that enhances our understanding of trauma-informed care while creating space for connection, curiosity, and practical application to our clinical work.
Each book will be discussed over two sessions. You can register for as many groups as your time and interest allow. Through ICP, we hope to offer more collegial events like this, making ICP your professional home and re-engaging those who may not have been in touch recently.

Little Failure by Gary Shteyngart

Pricing is $30 per two-session reading group, with a 15% discount for registering for two or more reading groups

What to Expect:
- Engaging discussions in a supportive, collegial environment
- Opportunities to connect theory with clinical practice
- Recommended (but optional) companion clinical article related to the reading
- A welcoming space for therapists at various stages of experience
- Professional growth through shared learning and reflection
- An opportunity to co-lead one monthly book discussion with Rose during the year. This optional experience offers participants a chance to develop facilitation skills, share their clinical perspective, and contribute to the group's collaborative learning.
- Rose is inviting a co-leader for each group. Co-leaders participate free of charge. If you're interested in co-leading a group, please reach out directly to Rose at roselatino@gmail.com. This is a great opportunity to learn or refine group leadership skills with an experienced leader.
